split with opensll

Jan 29, 2011 at 2:38 PM

Hello,

I am trying to split my p12 certificate using the split.bat. The process does not find any key and so does not create P12 certificate.
(I use the version "0.9.8o 01 Jun 2010" of OPENSLL)
I have the same problem with the test certificate (run-test) and my certificate. : it found the certificates (4) but no keys.
The script creates the export.txt and certs.chain but does not create key files.

Am I doing something wrong ?
Thanks for your help
Philippe.

Hello,

Can you provide me the export.txt? I'll send you an e-mail on which you can reply.

Hello,

Indeed, the script wasn't working with older version of OpenSSL.  I was able to fix it.  Now it should work with both new and older versions of OpenSSL.

The new script was testen on:

  • OpenSSL 1.0.0c 2 Dec 2010
  • OpenSSL 0.9.8e 23 Feb 2007

If you would experience issues with other versions, please indicate.  No prehistorical versions please ;-)

Kind regards,
Bryan

Hello,

you can now try the new EHealthP12 class.  It accepts an eHealth p12 file and exports the different keys/certificates.  For standardization it is an IDictionary.

It lacks some testing, so no new version yet, but that will follow soon.

Hello,

Version uploaded yesterday.  Today I updated it, the only change is the copyright information.
